For GUFO creating a positive shopping experience is an essential goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Remember that you always have the right of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Customized products are an exception, which are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned.

If you are shipping from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey or Ukraine, in addition to the above documents, you will also need to print this form, and you will have to attach it to the outside of the package, so that it is clearly legible.
